 Jennifer Meyer
a certified member of DANCE MASTERS OF AMERICA and the CECCHETI COUNCIL OF
AMERICA, has been dancing since age 8. She was selected to be a student
teacher by her instructor and from that time on, she knew she wanted to be a
dance teacher.
Jennifer has performed as a
soloist in Sleeping Beauty, Nutcracker, Cinderella, Coppelia, and as a lead in
Gaite Parisienne. Jennifer received her teaching diploma from Dance Masters of
America teacher training school at Kent State University. She has served as the
Chariman of the East Coast Committee of the Cecchetti Council of America and is
currently the registrar. Jennifer has attained the status of “Fellow” member in
the Cecchetti Council.
 Jennifer
is one of the few teachers in the area certified to teach Cecchetti. She also
teaches ballet, pointe, and lyrical.
To her students she says, “Dance for the joy of it, but it takes practice to
achieve great heights.” |
