We hope all students are enjoying their classes now that we are back in the swing of things.  Some students are being shifted around so that class sizes are reasonable and students are placed properly.  Students that are asked to change classes are being moved for their benefit, now that the teachers have seen the level of the students within each group.  All returning students should have a good idea of what to expect as the year goes on in regard to classes and end of year recital.

PARENT WEEK MON, SEPTEMBER 28^TH THRU SAT. OCTOBER 3RD. PLEASE ATTEND CLASSES. MEET THE TEACHERS AND GET INFORMATION REGARDING THE COSTUMES AND RECITAL.

As stated in the brochure, which you received at registration, students planning to be in the June recital must place a non-refundable minimum costume deposit of $50.00 per class subject no later than Oct. 30. The balance will be due in February.  Showtime 2010 is planned for the weekend of June 26/27 with mandatory dress rehearsals the preceding week. A SHEET WILL BE HANDED OUT ON PARENT WEEK WHICH WILL CLARIFY RECITAL PRODUCTION FEES AND COSTUME FEES AND IT MUST BE RETURNED BY ALL STUDENTS BY OCTOBER 30 regardless of whether they are in the recital.

We would like to remind you that your tuition must be received prior to the first of each calendar month. Students are automatically enrolled thru June 2010 unless we receive two weeks' written notice to withdraw them from class. Details are in the studio brochure. PAYMENT COUPONS MUST ACCOMPANY ALL PAYMENTS!!!  YOU MAY USE CREDIT CARDS OR CHECKS.  Payments may be  mailed or delivered to our office in a timely manner. ON THE TENTH OF EACH MONTH TUITION IS INCREASED BY $20.00

ANY STUDENT CURRENTLY REGISTERED CAN TRY OUT AN ADDITIONAL SUBJECT ONE TIME THIS MONTH AT NO CHARGE.    There are still openings in many classes of ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, acro, and musical theater.  

IF YOU REFER A NEW STUDENT TO OUR STUDIO THIS MONTH , YOU WILL RECEIVE A $15.00 CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT. 

PARENTS - Now that your children are settled in classes, add a class for yourself!!  Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop for adults - all more fun than going to a gym!!  There is also a new  ballet/stretch class.    Add yourself to your child’s account  and receive a discounted rate. Bring a friend along to have fun with!!

All students should have received a complete calendar for the year at registration.  You are reminded that  we will be OPEN Columbus Day, October 12; Election Day, November 3; Veterans Day, November 11.

We also remind you that by now, all students should have proper shoes for all classes.   If you have not found shoes, we can order them for you. BE SURE STUDENT'S NAME IS IN ALL SHOES.
