WE ARE CLOSED MONDAY, DECEMBER 21ST THROUGH SATURDAY, JANUARY 3^RD.

Classes will resume on a normal schedule Monday,   January 4, 2010.

Classes will be open to parents of preschoolers and beginner students from December 7-12

IN THE EVENT OF SNOW - dance classes are USUALLY canceled if schools are closed early or closed for the day.  Alexandria studio follows Alex. City Schools; Dale City follows Prince William County Schools.  If weather is questionable in evenings or on Saturdays, call 703.370.7808 and a recording will be updated if it is necessary to cancel.

SHOWTIME 2010 is our 34th recital. If it is your first recital and you have any questions about what to expect, please talk to the director or check our website

ALL STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE TURNED IN A SIGNED GOLD RECITAL FORM BY OCTOBER 30^TH  INDICATING WHETHER THEY WERE PARTICIPATING IN THE 2010 RECITAL JUNE 26/27.

STUDENTS WHO STILL WANT TO ORDER RECITAL COSTUMES MUST SUBMIT FORM IMMEDIATELY WITH A $55.00 NON-REFUNDABLE  DEPOSIT PER COSTUME ORDERED.  NO COSTUMES WILL BE ORDERED FOR ANY STUDENT WHO HAS NOT TURNED IN A SIGNED GOLD FORM, APPROPRIATE COSTUME DEPOSITS AND THE RECITAL FEE.

Payments may be made by credit card, checks or cash.  Students of all ages are invited to be in the recital and there will be one costume per class.  Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled.  Balance due statements for all orders will be mailed in February and will be due upon receipt.

CONGRATULATIONS TO CHRIS COLLINS AND THE DANCE COMPANY WHO RECEIVED A SPECIAL PLAQUE FOR 25 YEARS PERFORMING FOR THE MENTALLY CHALLENGED.

THERE ARE STILL OPENINGS IN MANY DANCE CLASSES IN ALEXANDRIA AND DALE CITY.  If you have friends that want to join classes, please let them know now before we close off registrations.

AS OUR HOLIDAY GIFT TO YOU - IF SOMEONE REFERRED BY YOU REGISTERS BETWEEN NOW AND DECEMBER 5th, WE WILL SEND YOU A $15.00 CREDIT FORM (PER STUDENT REFERRED) TO USE IN THE NEW YEAR.

CHRISCOLLINSDANCE.COM is our website. Check it regularly for updated information, birthdays, and a featured dancer of the day each day.  Students can leave notes for friends in the student “chatterbox” and parents can leave notes in the “Parent Yap.”

STATEMENTS ARE BEING MAILED THIS MONTH FOR ALL OVERDUE ACCOUNTS.  IF YOU RECEIVE A STATEMENT THAT YOU BELIEVE TO BE IN ERROR, DO NOT IGNORE IT - PLEASE GET IT CORRECTED.  Contact the office with the date you made your payment.  There have been many class changes this fall and we want to have all accounts accurate.  ALL TUITION IS DUE PRIOR TO THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.  Checks must be made payable to Chris Collins Dance Studio.  When mailing payments, please allow time for them to arrive on time.  Tuition may be mailed or hand delivered, but, it must be received on time even if a student is absent.  Please be sure the student’s name is on all checks and enclose payment coupon. As per your signed registration agreement, ALL STUDENTS ARE ENROLLED THROUGH JUNE 2010 and tuition is due through that time.  Two weeks’ written notice is required for withdrawal.
