Studio Policies and Tuition Rates

Tuition rates are based on the full ten month session. For your convenience, payments may be split into ten equal payments due the 1st of each month. Credit cards must be on file for all families. Recurring payments must be setup online using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payments will automatically run on the first of the month. If you prefer to pay at the office, payments must be received prior to the first of the month, so autopay will not run for your account. It is important to note that tuition is considered late after the Close of Business on the 5th of each month. A $25.00 late fee will automatically be applied to your account. Tuition is not pro-rated for absences or closings. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to enter new card information if your card on file expires or has changed. Automatic recurring payments are set for balance due for payments on tuition, costume, studio fees, or supplies. Additionally, if a payment is declined you are subject to an administrative late fee of $25.00.
